As part of the Chester County Tax Claim Bureau's commitment to provide customers with efficient, convenient service, Chester County has partnered with Municipay to offer secure acceptance of electronic payment of delinquent real estate taxes. Payment of delinquent real estate taxes may now be made online using your credit card or electronic check.
 
Payment will be credited within two business days of the transaction. Partial payment will be accepted. MuniciPay charges the customer a fee of 2.25% of the payment amount or $2.00, whichever is higher, when using a credit card. There is a flat fee of $1.50 for an electronic check transaction. Chester County does not receive any of these fees.
 
You will be required to enter a PARCEL NUMBER when paying on-line. Please note that the fifth digit in the parcel number must be either an underscore or an uppercase letter.
 
Example: 0123_45678901 or 0123K45678901
 
A confirmation number will be provided. Please write down this number as a record of your payment. The charge will appear on your credit card or bank statement - the tax amount on one line; the convenience fee on a separate line.

NOTICE: Due to the upcoming Continued Upset Sale on December 11th, 2017, the E-Check option will be disabled on November 21st, 2017 at 4:30 PM and will be reactivated December 12th, 2017. The credit card option will be disabled on December 8th, 2017 at 4:30 PM and will be reactivated on December 12th, 2017. We apologize for any inconvenience.
