2017 Manure Management Workshops

Two Additional workshops have been added:
March 29th – Lower Oxford Township Building
April 12th – Honey Brook township Building

In Pennsylvania, all operations that generate or land apply manure, regardless of scale, are required by law to have, maintain, and implement a Chapter 91 Manure Management Plan. Come learn about it and actually write a plan at one of our workshops!  The workshops are occurring in various township buildings throughout the county:  Honey Brook, Lower Oxford, and West Vincent.  Click here to see the workshop flyer for more information.

Pennsylvania Outdoor Corp is now hiring
The Pennsylvania (PA) Outdoor Corps offers young people the opportunity to serve on a team completing conservation projects to protect, enhance and restore Pennsylvania’s public lands. Members gain work experience, job training and environmental education to help them become successful stewards of our natural resources. The program connects participants with the larger field of resource management and allows them to explore careers in conservation.  For more details and to apply for a job, see PA Outdoor Corp Website
